Because we stand behind our craftsmanship, we offer a 3-month warranty on every guitar (used electric, acoustic, or bass). Honest and transparent.

What is covered by the warranty?

  • Electronics: Faulty elements, switches, potentiometers (noise/crackling) or jack inputs.
  • Hardware: Defective tuners or bridge parts during normal use.
  • Construction: Structural problems such as a loose bridge or neck.
  • Transport: Damage that occurs during shipping to you.

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear of frets, strings, or hardware from heavy use.
  • Environment: Damage from extreme heat, humidity or improper storage.
  • Own fault: Fall, impact or bump damage after receipt.
  • Taste: Complaints about personal preference regarding adjustment.

Report it to us immediately

Have you noticed a defect or a technical issue? Don’t wait, send us a message within the three-month warranty period. The sooner we know, the faster we can respond. You can easily reach us via WhatsApp or email; we always respond quickly to find a solution together.

Send us the details and proof

To help you as best as possible, we need some information. Please send us a brief description of the problem along with your order number. Please include clear photos or (even better) a short video showing or audibly demonstrating the problem (for example, crackling electronics). This allows our repair technicians to make an immediate, remote diagnosis.

The solution

We’ll assess the damage and discuss the best course of action with you. Often, the guitar can be returned to us (so please keep your box safe!). In some cases, however, it’s more convenient or faster to contact a local luthier. With our prior written approval, we’ll cover the cost of the repair.
